How to allow cookies using Internet Explorer on Windows:

• Under the Tools menu, select Internet Options
• Click the Privacy tab.
• Click the Advanced... button.
• Make sure the checkbox Override automatic cookie handling is checked.
• Make sure the radio buttons for First-party Cookies and Third-party Cookies are set to either accept or prompt ('prompt' is more secure, since it will ask you every time a site attempts to set a cookie. You can then decline or accept each individual cookie.)

How to allow cookies using Firefox on Windows:

• Under the Tools menu, select Options
• Click the Privacy button (on left side).
• Expand the Cookies tab. (click the +)
• Make sure the checkbox Allow sites to set cookies is checked.

NOTE: For people using Internet Explorer on Windows XP/2000:
We've received many calls and emails from people who have problems using IE on their windows machine. Even when they've allowed cookies to be turned 'on', the site is still inaccessible to them. Often this is due to third-party firewall software miscommunicating with IE or a missing patch to the operating system.

In these cases, our tech department has suggested that users switch to Mozilla's Firefox browser. We've found the award-winning* Firefox to be an extremely safe and secure browser. Firefox is free software.
